Battery Boost is seeking individuals who:
- Have at least 3 years of work experience (in any field).
- Are legally allowed to work full-time in Canada.
- Recognize that all training will be conducted in English and have proficiency in the language.

- Are motivated to transition into technical roles in EV battery manufacturing.

After successfully completing the program, The Job Shoppe will assist you in finding a position in the Electric Vehicle industry. However, you are not limited to working with The Job Shoppe—you can leverage the skills you’ve gained to explore various opportunities and enhance your resume.
Is this part of the Battery Boost Program?
Battery Boost Micro-Training is affiliated with, but distinct from, the Battery Boost program.
Participants in the Micro-Training do not have access to Battery Boost services. The purpose of Micro-Training is to provide opportunities for individuals who are not selected for the Battery Boost program to still gain the skills necessary to work in the electric vehicle battery sector.
